Day 1: Cusco - Km 82 (2,750 mt) (9,000 feet) – Llulluchapampa (3,800 mt) (12,467 feet)
04:00 am. You get picked up at your hotel lobby, and transferred on a private tourism bus to the headtrail at km 82.
06:00 am. Breakfast stop in Ollantaytambo
08:00 am. Briefing at the trailhead (2,350 mt) cross and hike along the Urubamba River visiting the collection of archeological sites of WILKARAKAY and the marvelous Inca Ruins of Llactapata. Continue up the CUSICHAKA River Canyon with magnificent views of the Cordillera Oriental, particularly, VERONICA Mountain (5,850 mt).
13:00 pm. Lunch in Wayllabamba
14:00 pm. Continue along the trail and the Cusichaka river observing, several Inca agricultural terraces and irrigation channels. Visit the picturesque village of Huayllabamba. From this point we will start the ascent in different levels, where we will appreciate different Eco-systems along the way passing through the cloud forest of Yuncachimpa and Corralpunku with an excellent view of the snow-capped peaks.
16:30 pm. In LLUCHAPAMPA we will set up our camp site (3,700 mt)
This is the one of the highest campsites compared to the 2nd and 3rd ones
And the temperature can drop down to 7 or 8. From the sunrise to the sunset is warm, and it gets gradually cold as the sun comes down.
17:30 pm. Afternoon Tea and Dinner.
Day 2: Llulluchapampa (3,700 mt) (12,139 feet) – Chaquicocha (3,450 mt) (11,318 feet)
05:30 am. Wake up
06:30 am. Breakfast
07:00 am. Challenging day up the trail toward the first and highest pass WARMIWANUSCA (death- woman pass) (4,200 mt) (13,779 feet) From the pass we descend to the Pacamayo valley (3,300 mt) (10,826 feet)
13:00 am. Lunch in PACASMAYO
14:00 pm. through the Pacasmayo Valley up to the Inka ruins of RUNKURACAY. We climb up and cross the second pass (3,860 mt) (12,664 feet) and follow the Royal Inkas Highway down to the Inka Ruins of SAYACMARCA passing Lake YANACOCHA.
16:30 pm. Camp in CHAQUICOCHA
17:30 pm. Tea time
18:30 pm. Dinner
Day 3: Chaquicocha (3,450 mt ) (11,318 feet) - Wiñaywana (2,644 mt) (8,674 feet)
06:30 am. Wake up
07:00 am. Breakfast
08:00 am. We start up the trail, and pass through beautiful sup- tropical vegetation en route to the archaeological site of PHUYUPATAMARCA
12:00 pm. Lunch at PHUYUPATAMARCA (3,600 mt) (11,811 feet)
13:00 pm. Begin the steep descent through the cloud forest with opportunities to see beautiful orchids and different varieties of birds on the way to our camp site at WIÑAYWAYNA (2,700 mt) (8,858 feet)
15:30 pm. Guided tour of Wiñaywayna archeological site
16:00 pm. Camping in Wiñaywayna (2,700 mt) (8,858 feet)
17:30 pm. Tea time
19:00 pm. Dinner time
Day 4: Cusco: Wiñaywayna (6,264 mt) (8,6974 feet) – Machupicchu (2,400 mt)
04:00 am. Wake up
04:30 am. Breakfast
05:00 am. Begin hike overlooking the Urubamba River to the sun Gate or INTIPUNKU to see the sunrise on Machu Picchu. We enter the site early in the morning for the best photo opportunities and then spend the rest of the morning visiting and exploring the Ruins.
12:30 pm. Meeting for those interested in visiting Aguas Calientes for lunch or to visit the hot springs otherwise, free time in Machu Picchu.
16:30 pm. Return to Cusco by tourist train from Aguas Calientes (actual town of Machu Picchu) to Cusco
Day 5: Cusco 20:00 pm. Farewell party at one of the local bars!. |

Very important notes:
- We provide porters to carry all heavy gear, (for instance: Tents, food, etc)
and you carry all your personal staff plus the sleeping bag and roll matt
however whatever physical or disability problem that would not allow you to carry or walk proper, or you just simply do not want to carry anything of your belongings except for a daypack with the day essentials, so you can enjoy more your hike and not wasting time and energy on doing a big effort whilst hiking, you can hire can hire an
extra porter to carry 14 kilos of your belongings or you can share one with another person carrying 7 kilos of each.
- At least two days your trek departure you must arrive in Cusco in order to get used to t he altitude, and the latest one day you should come to our office to make the final arrangements, pay the remaining, and get briefed on the inca trail the day before your trek departure at our office. Single Supplement: If you are traveling on your own, and would prefer to share a tent, we'll pair you with another trekker of the same gender and there will not be an extra cost. If you prefer to have a tent to yourself a surcharge of $ 30 will have to be paid.
Climate: The highland region of Cusco has well defined winter and summer seasons.Winter days (June - August ) are very sunny and warm, but the temperature drops to near freezing at night . Rainy season is from January to March. December and January are two of the nicest months for trekking with only the occasional shower and blooming flowers.

395USD x 60% = 237USD adult deposit
365USD x 60% = 219USD student deposit
In case of a very quick booking you can make, there is a 20USD discount in either case of an adult or student, so please just do the 60% of this.
